Pinnacle Pullover
Pinnacle Pullover
Inspired by the feeling of pride and happiness that comes from accomplishing a challenging goal - a symbolic “climb to the top of a steep mountain or the view from high up in the tallest pine tree”, Pinnacle Pullover is all about believing in yourself and having the courage to take a chance…
Pinnacle Pullover is a top-down circular yoke sweater, adorned with an eyelet and lace yoke design. German short rows are worked flat, at the back of neck, for shaping (to raise the back of neck slightly). The rest of the sweater is worked in the round.
This pattern can be worked holding two strands together throughout of heavy fingering weight yarn or with a single strand of worsted.

Suggested Needles & Notions
US 11 / 8 mm, 16 – 24” / 41 – 61 cm circulars or size needed for herringbone gauge
US 9 / 5.5 mm, 24” & 32” / 61 & 81 cm (or longer) circulars or size needed for stockinette gauge Note: I suggest using interchangeable needles which will allow you to use a smaller size LHN for the herringbone stitch sections. This will not affect gauge but makes herringbone easier to work.
DPNs or circulars in both sizes for working small circumferences (sleeves)
Distinct BOR marker plus 9 - 12 additional markers to denote lace pattern repeats
Darning needle, scissors, waste yarn
Gauge Information (measured post blocking)
